Persitant Ad

Anyone else have this ad up top in tha page? If you run your mouse over it, a pop up appears about an IE plugin. Anyone know what it does? Just install the toolbar? Or something else? 😬

Something else, yea. It's labled as Atom Wipe and doesn't go away until I've killed it about 10 times.

Don't download the toolbar is spyware, I think
One it appear in this computer and it change my homepage and erased the google toolbar and placed the IE toolbar - it was very anoying 😑

search for a prog called "spybot" and than (apperently) kill it ten times
