That's a bit far fetched. Spidey would kick his ass under these conditions.
Honestly also with spideys early warning system and superspeed and agility and wall crawling, it doesn't much matter how fast the opponent is spidey can just know not to be standing in a certian place at a certian time and has the moves to get there.
If you knew lightning was about to strike and all you had to do was jump to avoid it you would jump. Now if Thor ever got his hands on spiderman close up which is hard to do, spidey has gone toe to toe with Juggernaut at close range, but if and when he did it would be squashed like a bug.
Spidey's too quick for Juggy up close....kinda like how they made Wolvie too quick for Hulk up close in their battles.
But Thor is much quicker and would probably nail Spidey right in the chest Mojinor (sp?) I still hold that Spidey would whip Thors ass if Thor had both hands and a foot tied behind him.

If Thor did those things, he would be returning to Asgard with broken bones and a cracked helmet.
Of course Thor wins. He has always been one of my favorites. But one thing has to be mentioned : a fake Spider-Man, a robot, once defeated 4 avengers. He defeated them one by one and had 100 % the same powers (reflexes, fighting skills, strength, even humor) of the original Spider-Man. I have to be honest, and say that Kang, who planned the whole thing, weakened the avengers a bit, and the fake Spider-Man also possessed another web which was a bit more powerful. But still, it was fun to read how the duplicate robot defeated the 4 avengers, including Thor.
In that comic he beat him by keeping him away from his hammer for more than 60 seconds.
If a fake Spidey can defeat Wasp, Giant Man, Captain America AND Thor (even with cheating a bit), it’s not too far fetched to claim that the true Spider-Man actually has a small chance to win a fight against Thor.
Before anybody bashes me (or tries to) for defending Spider-Man, I will say very clearly that Thor has a VERY BIG chance to win. Spider-Man only has a very little chance. But it can be done.
PS : I’m talking about a “normal Thor” of course, not a King Thor.

well as rescently as 2000, spiderman has managed to hurt hulk. once, spiderman clashed with thor, and thor stated something like "spiderman is really pouring on the speed" as spiderman hit thor from every angle. spiderman can hold his own for a little bit, but eventually the raw power of hulk and thor would drop him. if he continued an assault.

I don’t think he can seriously harm Thor, because Thor is too tough for him.
But Spider-Man can certainly do more than scratch him. Do not forget he knocked out Firelord (former herald of Galactus !), Titania (who almost killed She-Hulk) and Rhino (well, those are just some of the people he knocked senseless).
He's nowhere near as strong and durable as Thor, but he's not a push over. But I said it before, Spider-Man will probably lose from Thor.
Spiderman is way out of his league. Thor wouldn't have to lay a hand on him. Not even spiderman can stand up against a ****ing f-5 tornadoe created by thor, or a sudden blizzard that dropped the temperture down to absolute zero. Spiderman need to continue to fight low level villians like doc-ock, vulture, lizard, and leave the heavy hitters to beings with class 100 strength, invulnerabilities, etc.

Low level villains ? Like Carnage ? Venom ? Absorbing Man ? Rhino ? Titania ? Kaine ? Sandman ? Firelord ? Goliath ? Juggernaut ? Dragon Man ? Morlun ? Do I have to go on ? I wouldn’t call these guys push-overs. And let’s not forget that Spider-Man has fought dr. Doom, the Hulk and Silver Surfer as well.
I won’t say he won all the time, but he’s still alive, and managed to beat/hurt/scare/impress most of these powerhouses. And that’s a victory of his own. For example, the fight against Silver Surfer – not the one with Carnage – was pretty awesome. No one could have believed he could cause the Silver Surfer so much trouble. Of course, it was inevitable Spider-Man eventually lost. Surfer is just too strong for him.
I agree that Spider-Man is not on the same level than Thor (read my previous messages where I said he will probably lose from the son of Odin), but clearly you’re underestimating him. As long as his enemies are not the almighty powerful cosmic kind, he can hold his own (and more) against most people.
Out of his league ? Yes, a bit.
Way out of his league ? No.
PS : Doc Ock once almost killed the Hulk, he beat him so bad you almost felt sorry for the green dude. Not bad for a “low level villain”.

Anyone who knows anything about comic books, knows that Thor is a much badder azz then Spiderman. Thor would wipe Spidermans azz all over the place in any condition. Thor is to powerful, quicky, agile, whatever. He outclasses Spiderman on every level.
One Way Thor could beat down Spiderman is just strike him with lightning repeatedly. Another way is hit him with his hammer one time. Or create a tornado and suck him up into it. I can think of plenty of ways that Thor cen beat down Spiderman. Even in a hand to hand wrestling match, Thor would beat him down without his hammer. Thor with his hammer could basically splatter Spiderman. 🙂
Now with all that having been said, I still like Spiderman, and still respect his skills. But when people post ludacrious reply's to a Ludacrious post, I can't help but to contribute my spin on the convo. Thor vs. Spiderman, Thor would win 20 out of 20 times. ✅ 🐰

Are you telling me his own Lightning and Tornadoes have no effect on him? As for the hammer...if this was a comic, do you really see Spidey taking a direct shot?
Thor may outclass Spiderman in speed, but Spiderman's definitly quicker than Thor.
That being said....Thor still beats him to within an inch of his life and then leaves him for dead.
