Well the most recent story I have read with Doc Ock in was countdown, didn't know he'd come back since...(England takes a while to get recent comics sometimes) When was the last time he showed up?
and in the Sentry mini series you saw one panel where he was fighting Sentry and he had his Shield up, now Ock is a smart guy I doubt he would take it out his arsenal.

What is Wolverine gonna do against a guy whos arms hit Spiderman consistently? Ock has a long ranged attack, pretty much, and an amazing defence. Wolverine isnt slicing through anything, Ock is gonna just grab Wolverines wrists and lift him up off the ground.
Unless Wolverine comes from behind or Ock is tired or something like that, Logan is gonna have to do a lot of healing.

it's not the arms that are the problem for wolverine it's the shield...
so what if the arms hit spiderman constantly? so does wolverine.. 😛

Ok this is the 1 panel fight between Doc Ock and Sentry just thought I'd back my statement up as I have access to a scanner for a couple of days, as you can see Sentry had no problem with the Shield, but well brute force and high level durability can work a bit better than adamantium claws and a healing factor in some situations.
