Kid Buu is back to normal so he doesn't have "Additional power" so he is weakened. Come on, SSj3 Goku was smacking him decently around and let the fight drag on so Vegeta could get a turn. While Majin Buu was man handling ssj3 goku and even gave him time to fuse with someone so he won't embarrass himself.

See thats exactly what people need to stop doing. STOP basing your opinion on who is stronger on Goku. Goku lost to both of them and thats all that matters. Goku shouldnt be and isnt the determining factor because he lost to super buu(the very short period he fought him) and he lost to kidd buu. He needed fusion to beat super buu and he needed the super spirit bomb to beat kidd buu.
we need to stop because it proves u wrong? its like saying that gohan could beat cell. goku couldnt so gohan was stronger. goku CLEARLY says he CAN beat buu when he is at ss3. he dont say he has a shot. he CAN beat him. super buu lets his ass absorb someone, beats goku pretty bad too...ur fighting a losing battle. theres a reason vegito fought super buu...the strongest must fight the strongest, or else it really aint a fight.goku proves the whole point. and if u want to get technical he did end up beating kid buu. he didnt stand a chance to beat super buu. so super buu>kid buu

nope. when he was @ ssj3 goku lost to kidd buu. so are you saying goku beat kidd buu at ssj2??? not the case, its kinda like Broly and Broly second coming, Goku needed significant help to win the battle.

and once again, like i said before goku isnt the determining factor. Your going off the anime just like I am so the fact that Kai said in "True Saiyans Fight Alone" that buu is more powerful than ever should be proof enough. Not Gokus underestimation of kidd buu and the fact he thought he could beat him.
If Gokus energy was all he needed then he would have had dendi wish for full energy restoration, but im going to have to go back and look @ why they didnt do that, i think there was a problem. :/

Supreme Kai?
um...he is the supreme kai he should know who is stronger at the tournament. however he was stupid and underestimated everyone there. he overestimates buu time and time again. he lived through something very hard to go through, he prob just thinks that it cant be done. he is stronger than ever! how would he be stronger than ever? he was kid buu before? and now he is kid buu again...anyway kai is just stupid
It wasn't that Kid buu that became stronger that the Kai freaked out, it is that because Buu is stupid crazy in little form and will just go around blowing planets without reason, just a snarl then boom.
I just looke din my Manga, yeah they are scared because this buu has no soul since all the people have been taken out of him including the Gods from the past he absorbed. Like when he shot a beam the sec he transformed vegeta deflected it and said that he should fight them before he blows up theearth and calle dhim insane then Buu just smiled and made a bigger ball of energy that can not be deflected.
Kid Buu= More evil and souless but not more powerful.
