well... here they do this:

they give extremely easy questions in quizes, and they tell some people to call and give wrong answers. Then the viewers think hey, we can call and give the right answer to such easy questions.
And they call, which costs them a lot (the money from the calls go partly to the station) but this time they get difficult questions, and win nothing, but the station gets the call-money...

did that make any sense, cause I've no idea how to explain it in english bag

but it is is not a pll-calling-quiz, coz those are really stupid..
but a normal thing.. 10 guys are standing and answering to usually hard questions.. and then 3 of them go to finals..
and then the winner of that final (10 winners with best results of 25 episodes) go to great final and then they can win a car or a trip or money or something... 😕
and that question was in a smaller final, and he lost his chance.
