I think I know which one you mean then... if you press that one, you should feel bone under it (or you're a bloody mutant 😛) when you do that (will hurt if it's the same tendon I think you mean) you make circular motions on it for two minutes. After that you put the SIDE of your foot on the floor and press it down slowly (first the one side that's oppositve of th tendon, than the other). that should make it stop hurting after a while

I think others are more suited in the bodypart though 😱
