OK, at water level, one hour is equal to one hour.... at a higher altitude (where there is less gravity) time is slightly slower. So for example, a day on earth (from an external view point) would be slightly shorter if it were spent up in the sky. Similarly, the centre of the earth has more gravity and a day would be LONGER there.
