At night you burn calories ✅ So when you wake up, you have just a few calories in the system... meaning if you exercise then, you will burn mainly fat - the bodies alternative to calories.
I still suggest you have a little bit of sugar (say 20 cals in for everyone 100 you burn), to prevent your body screwing up ✅
Also, do some weight lifting before exercising 👆 Weight lifting burns through sugar effectively, leaving only fat after that.
If your arms go all wobbly after a few minutes, then you've probably lost a reasonable amount of sugar 😄 You can then focus a bit more on fat with your aerobic exercise.
Remember, don't over do it, else you'll work anaerobically, and just produce lactic acid, which doesn't break down the sugars in the same way ❌ Rest regularly, to allow for more sugar stores to be turned to glucose 😖mart:
