DR WHO is a Time Lord...he perpetually [don't ask me why] travels through time in The Tardis...in a quaintly English telephone box whose interior is much vaster that it's exterior...each series of episodes takes place in a different time zone and/or a different planet...and his biggest enemy are the walking talking pepperpots known as the Daleks...
