As for the competition... I'm not too sure where I stood, to be honest. Ultimately it was me and one of my friends, but by the end of the week he had given up, so it was just me, really. I kinda felt like shit, though, cos I left all my (guy) friends to have dinner with her and her girlfriend, and when we'd all finished I left her to go back to her room, and I went and sat with my boys. They were all talking about hooking up Josh (my "rival"😉 with her... so that was a bit awkward 😮

Before we go in, I feel it'll be a lot easier if we use names:

Kaye is the Blonde mathematician.
Gloria is the other girl I'm about to discuss.

Now, I don't want to talk to Gloria for the same reasons as Kaye ❌ Gloria, quite simply, made the week perfect. She was an innocent flirt, and I'm still not entirely sure why I don't fancy her 😕 But I suppose I just want to thank her, and tell her what a great person she is, and such 👆

why don't you simply stay friends? like, hang out together, talk, have a dance or something... don't think that would be a problem and you can have a great talk with her too

And yes! That's exactly what I was trying to tell Trace! I liked her for what she was... and part of what she is, is her looks.

Quite frankly, everyone had an interest in her to some extent. It was just a matter of who would actually try it on with her - so there was no point in breaking friendships over that. Of course, I knew his interest in her from day one, so it would also be kinda hipocritical of me, since I was after her knowing her liked her, too 😄 If that makes any sense?

One of the main problems is that everyone I met came from across the UK - making it awkward and time consuming to meet up with them. It'll be even harder to arrange a group meeting....
And the trouble with us staying friends, is that I'm gonna have to find some damn way to contact her first 😬

ow ow ow dave! I don't know how the ladies are over there but you're getting on thin ice there now, cause you could have made it sound like you were just "milking the cow without buying her"; you should if she understood it like that make sure that you stress that she's clever and such too ✅

yeah but the reasoning is off... if everyone likes her, than in the end one has to break through and go after her or will y'all just sit there being miserable cause they let a great girl go? be happy if someone manages to become her GF, and double if it's you and considering what you have told, it'll be you since the others don't bother. Their loss. Nothing wrong with healthy rivalry anyway; just as long as you stay friends with eachother

well, if y'all go to that school, you meet up there, otherwise you just have to arrange a day somewhere in august, which is still plenty of time to get things done. You all are adults now so you don't have to ask mommy an daddy permission or something, besides I'm sure that they would love to meet up again especially if there's drinks and entertainment.
