help with a horror movie's name

I was trying to find the title of movie i saw along time ago. The only part i remember is a girl or someone throwing up in a toilet and there was a creature in her throw up. They flush it down and it shows the creature going through the drain. Later on they are confronted by it again.

Sounds like my average friday night. Hahahahaha.

Anywho, a chick that regurgitates monsters. The only monster/toilet combination I can think of was the end of "Critters" 1 or 2, don't remember which.
