saw the first one years ago... sweet movie...

second one was ok, not as bad as it had been painted to be...

a year or so back i got the collectors edition dvd with the cell and tin and whatnot...

The tin is a nice dvd set.

Also, the manga is better. BR2 is good but you really should see the 1st one first as they are slightly linked.

Mitsuko 'Hardcore' Souma is the best... hawt psycho girl.

She is best in the manga. They didnt have any sex in the movie 😠

Battle Royale is the best Japanese movie ever. I thought Kiriyama was one of the best villians in any movie. The guy had his own theme music!!!

Battle Royale is an essential movie for everyone to watch. Every teenager should be made to watch it, not only is it brilliant action, but also a very good portrayl of emotion.

Also jus toi answer a question a while back about Ichi the Killer (also one of the greatest films ever made) it was special effects with Kakihara's open mouth. Pretty cool though.

Battle Royale 2 was very good, not as good as the first because it wasn't as original and slightly influenced by Hollywood style, but they pulled it off again.

Takeshi Kitano is brilliant in Battle Royale, and the girl on the introduction tape is hilarious.

Dont ya jus love the japanese films. Pure Class.

👽 Battle royale one and two kick ass but I've heard of a one called tetsuo iron man and have seen the trailer for it and it looks weird with like pieces of machinery coming out of people.

Tetsuo is worth watching, didn't think much of the second movie though.
