I recently bought the star wars original trilogy book that has the three stories together and when ben is explaining luke about his twin sisters he said something like "I send with my brother owen and your sister with a friend" or at least something like that but.

yeah in the novelisation of ROTJ Owen is said to be Obi Wans brother.
