Potc Dolls

Hey I've been looking up POTC dolls.......the only one I've found was of Captain Jack Sparrow..........however I don't believe this looks anything like him!!!

The Jack doll- the nose is different and the lips are too big

My question is--being this was a Disney movie--why didn't they market the heck out of it and make like 6" action figures or even 4.5"? Come on? No one wants to play with 12" dolls that look nothing like the actors. Of those posted, I think Elizabeth looks the best.
