Who would win? Captian America vs. Bane

I was talking to a fellow comic book guy, and the subject of marvel vs. DC came up. I asked, who would win in a fight, if DC villains crossed over to Marvel.. I think it'd be a good matchup with Captain American vs. Bane.

Captain America. He's better than Batman, and Batman only lost to Bane because he was worn out both physically and mentally.
Bane would do some damage if he was high on Venom, but Cap would beat him.

Why is this in the Superman Forum...? 😐
