Sifo Dyas was a jedi who died shortly after Episode 1.Using his name, Count Dooku ordered the clones at the request of his new master Darth Sidious

So he ordered the clones knowing that they'll turn against the republic eventually right? (AKA Storm Troopers in Episode 3)

Maybe I'm lost, but why would Sidious have Dooku order the clones if they were to fight for the republic, against the droid army, and against Dooku? Or is because of their turn on the republic to eventually help in it's destruction?

The answer is probably obvious and I'm probably missing or forgetting something?

The point of the clones is so that a legit war starts, in which Palpy can make his bid for power more acceptable to the others in Congress, until it gets to the point where it's too late to defy him in any way.

and the Republic and Empire or basically the same institution, just the Empire is after its full corruption and Palpy's self-coranation to emperor

Sidious: Excellent, everything is going as planned.

Sidious has been in control the whole time.Just like when he ordered his new apprentice to order the clones.He knew exactly what would be the outcome.and remember, the kamino's couldn't tell if Dooku was Dooku, or Syfo Dyas.They didn't even know who Obie Wan was.They had no way of knowing who was who.I'm sure they were more concerned about getting paid according to Dex.

and the reason why Dooku didn't say, "Hey, i'm Count Dooku, how much for some clones?", is because if the jedi ever found out about the clones, they wouldn't link it back to him right away.If the jedi knew it was Dooku, then they would know he was a sith right away and ruin Sidious's whole plan.

I can't believe I didn't remember those important lines such as "Everything is going as planned." I've seen AOTC like a 100 times. Just some bad remembering on my part.
