the traditional method involves a melon, a drill, and a microwave, this is known as a gooey patterson.

however, this one is almost as bad as the infamous conveyour belt story (you can find it on the net rather easily). basically a really lonely factory worker would spend his lunch times wacking off with a conveyor belt. one day his nut got caught in a gear and torn off. he used a staple gun to staple his sack together and only came to a hospital 2 days later with a nut bag the size of a grapefruit containing 4 rusty staples.
