how do you redirect/block webpages?

I remember someone saying (this was just before matrix revo's came out) that they were gonna block themselves from the matrix forum so they couldnt read any spoilers. I think he just redirected it to 127.0.0.1 or something 😬

well that don't matter 😄 how can I block out individual webpages, by any method?

Why are you asking me? 😑 I don't know 😛

waste.... of.... space, you truly are

Is it what you want? 😕

how could I know, those matrix people could be acting like that for real already

I don't know about blocking an individual page, but you can edit your hosts file to block a whole website.

yeah the way The One Himself said works fine

Discos - best not let the girlfriend find that page

idd that way works perfect

Actually that wouldn't block the page, but just not let it run JavaScript/ActiveX scripts etc.

You will still be able to visit the page.

erm; I took the liberty of checking you on that statement, raz...

if you go to that place TOH posted the pic about and hit site and fill it in, it gets blocked, nothing about java or whatever

That tab that TOH pointed out is not about blocking sites, but restricting certain aspects of it.

Not sure why it's blocking for you.

yeah, that's right 🙁

hmm.... I'll find a way 😊

yes, but if you press "Sites" it does block the sites ... at least here

prove it yers, block yourself from KMC for a week 😄

no, I'm here to annoy the living daylights out of you
first things first
