[]ya that was my idea too..not exactly but something like that(we hijack a covenant ship and try to go back to the main unsc council/brass thing at the nearest human place and then we go and defend a colony or sumthing for a while...[]

Huon:*turns on his comm to the base*Hello anyone?*Calls again on a 2nd frequency*Hello?*waits a few minutes with no answer before he changes it again and again and again and after 2 more tries he finally figures it out*They're all dead...At the base...all of them...I sent the message to everyone withing the bases perimeter which is about 200 meters and there is noone there....I suggest we get the pelicans and the warthogs there somehow and then go to a new location for a base...

He grabbed the crate, "Ok, warthog, you go up ahead. We'll run, cant be too far anyways. Chief, what kind of Spartan are you. I thought I was the only other variant."

*turns his comm to the combat team that is still at the warthog*
Huon: Dont go to the base.All of the people there are either dead or they have all broken thier radios and have ripped the radios out of the comms fixture,the 2 pelicans and the 2 warthogs and then destroyed them all...Or none of the can hear or talk...Either way is either unlikely or bad....So they are all dead.And from the camera on my pelican i can see that the creatures are walking around in the human form...

"WHAT?! NO! My pelicans landed there. Both of them had marines, not to mention it was loaded with weapons, both of them were. MG emplacement and an R launcher. Plus the pelican's were both armed as well. My guess would be they backed into the caves for cover, the rocks would block the transmission. Those marines are good men, they managed to survive this long on their own until I showed up and took them down here."

Well when the pelican arrived at the cave the creatures quickly assaulted in about 4 or 5 times as many forces like they were focused on killing large populations...when i was there alone only a few came and then more....And since the base has about 30-45 marines in it i think there would be a large number of them...Now most of them are gone and i can see about 10-15 dead marines walking around like they are just making sure theres no survivors...

Huon:And as far as i can tell anyways the caves do have a few lifesigns that equal about maybe 10-12 marines...But most of them are dead...And the pelicans aere well...sorta broken...a few bumps and gunshots in them...nothing serious...So im guessing theres survivors in the cave...And the warthogs are now gone except for one thats overturned in a corner of the base and the other thats still attached to a pelican.

"I dont care, were going there anyways. One of my rules is that no one gets left behind, im going with or without any of you. If your coming come, if your not find some place to hold out. Besides, we need those ammo crates."

"Im a SPARTANIII... there weren't very many of us..." Her voice trailed off and she clipped the assualt rifle to her waiste.

"Proto stands for prototype and N stands for NANO. They tried to further enhance us. Only me and one other survived. Most Spartans labled MIA or WIA ended up in these programs. Im just like most Spartans except two ways, my armors a little bit different, and I have nanites in my blood on top of the implants. I also my go insane like the others, but I doubt it." He clicked in his com. "Well im going down there now, if your coming say so, if your not dont."

Huon😮k our guns just killed most of the things and weve found a structure upon a hill.dennis found nno enemies in it earlier.Its a good base...go there when your ready....We got 2 warthogs already hooked up and my pelican is being filled with medical supplies,ammo and other equipment...The marines in the cave were actually just about 9 marines and they're in the ohter pelican all holding as much ordinance as they can...we should be done loading in 5-10 minutes.There is another pelican here that has been loaded with fuel and some more ordnance and it has a lot of food supplies plus a distress signal that can be heard or seen from all over the ring...It should be used in desperation....Actual only 5 minutes till we dustoff and head o the base to fortify it with some of these mg emplacements...*tunrs com channel off*

"Right." He turned to the marine, "You bolt it down there and make sure he has all the ammo and guns. Two crates, 2 MG emplacemants, 12 assault rifles plus 56 clips. One R launcher, and a container of rockets. Thats what we brought. The Gause hog and the Transport hog too."

Huon and the marine sland at the compound to find that there is a crashed covenant dropship with no survivors and there are zero targets in the facility.A few minutes later the pelicans are put in a hangar like structure and ammop is put into a armory while the medical supplies are put in a chamber wwith some cots to serve as beds for patients and they covenant dropship had 4 turrets and there are 2 turrets in the main entrance and theres a turret on a large stairway in a small alcove while the last on is put in a side entrance.the main hangar doors are now closed and the mg emplacements are put in alcoves in strategic areas.And the other supplies are put in rooms.Then the barracks are identified and are fitted with only 8 pillows each which are fashioned out of the clothes of some marine armor and the covenant padding unde there armor.The marines which count a total of currently 17 are positioned accordingly

Hangar:8 techs(thse guys were also found in a cave but not mentioned and they are repairing the pelican) and 2 marines
Medical:2 marine medics
Base(patrols):6

And the other marines that will come at later times are tom be assigned to either patroling the base or being at the main entrance.

Huon:Good this base is ready
Marine😖ir we found a group of marines hidden in a small chamber.we found 3 and the side passage was collapesed and that turret was moved to a alcove in a large room.The new marines which total 3 are on patrol in the base and a 4th tech is being assigned to use the downed covenant ship to find weapons,cloth,medical supplies and to strip it of its armor.

He turned to the two Spartans. "Your a Spartan II I can see that. Mark 5 armor?" He turned to the Spartan III. "You, your squads dead. They wouldn't make only a few of your model. I know, mines gone too. Only one died in actual combat. The rest died during training or the experiments." He laughed, "Another good thing about the helmet besides armor is it dosen't let others know what you are thinking. I need a run-down on your situation. Report."

Raevynn looked up at the spartan and said nothing. His talk of their squads brought back memories again. She was the last of her kind and she didn't want to beleive it. These other spartans seemd to be confused about the idea of her not wearing a helmet. She didn't understand how they could manage to wear it. She would go insane having her head trapped inside that tiny space.

Also we did count the ammo and stuff like you said and i guess the things i guess took away a few warthogs...We have 3 right now and they're all in the hangar and are ready to go.but some of the ammo boxes were gone.probably used in the fighting.But we have a large cache of ammo and equipment since the marines that we found trapped here had a pelican hidden with a few troops which we discovered.the troops were gone but we found a huge amount of ammo,medical supplies and a gun emplacement.This base has a total of 7 chambers.1 is large and i guess is for power,theres the hangar,3 barracks and the medical room and the armory.plus most of it is hallwaysm and the main chamber at the topm which has a elevator leading down.that structure had some covenant equipment.Just a lot of weapons and a few canisters of that liquid.We could last here a month or two.For once something is well...Also we did find a dead grunt but we found the marines got him when they came in...

His demenor suddenly became serious. "Your a Spartan soldier, I asked for a report. I know you dont like that your squads dead, so is mine. Most of them killed my other humans. Ill give you some advice, deal with it. Get into the picture soldier, were trapped on a metal hunk in space with aliends trying to kill us. Ill be more effective if you tell me whats going on."

Huon:*put out a wide transmission at the com unit that was at the bottom of a large stair chamber*ALL UNSC FORCES COME TO THE BEACON NOW!!WE NEED TO FORTIFY THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!COME NOW AND BRING AS MUCH EQUIPMENT AS POSSIBLE AND IF YOUR IN A PELICAN TAKE A STOP AT THE LIFEPODS TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY AMMO FOR YOU TO TAKE OR MAYBE EVEN MEDICAL SUPPLIES!!!!

Huon:*sees the doctor and the doctor checks him out and order him to stay there for atleast 2 days and at max 4 days in order to heal.
Doctor:Well the liquid does heal but it actually has a smaller effect on humans.It will increase the healing by 7% and will provide relief from the pain but otherwise it doesnt do much...But thats because we have a differant anatomy and organs than the covenant and all of thier species.
Huon😮k doc ill stay in this cot for a few days.When the spartans get here id like to thank That spartans woman i think um...it starts wuth a R.....Raevynn is it...Ya id like to thank her for saving my life...

[]Actually im going to bed...Hey have raeyvnn talk to me later or something...remember my guys doesnt like covenant and he only knows his life in the military as his dad hounded him to be in the military so he can talk about that and he hates the covenants and remember hes hurt so he cant fight or pilot.You can control him but he has to stay in the cot and rest and sleep and stuff...Also dont bring up anything about his family as then he'll just go silent and tell them they're dead and thats that.Night all!!!!![]
