Nuron knew they couldn't do much (nor did he know what he could do to help TEN in there) but... "Sir, Yes Sir!" replied the few marines left after the encounter, "And get this Elite into the medical area, I want him still breathing when I get back." Nuron set his camo armor to full, put his helmet visor to a full face cover, took a rocket launcher, and as much SMG as he could and headed down the hallway to meet up with TEN and the other two Elites.

[my nice explosive could come in handy soon]

Kiyo was running at full speed towards the entrance of the installation. He reached that led out into a hallway exit when all of a sudden a flood infected hunter slammed into him, knocking him off his feet and through the door. He landed with a thud as the hunter roared and started for kiyo. Kiyo looked at Nuron and his marines. "Don't fire, if you puncture it and/or kill it, hundreds of flood parasites WILL kill you all!" He shouted at them. "So if you have any plans, my authority overrules it!" He ran as fast as he could and hurled himself at the massive beast. He landed, smacked a plasma and shot it with his magnum at pointblank, which prematurely detonated it. Its explosion took out Kiyos shields and smacked him into a wall, leaving a rather large dent.

[ wait a minute.. what elite do you have? Plo or Tekka? I thought Tekka was fighting that other guy. Plo was knocked down by SilentWolf. Then we have Asst but he has gone dark, and him you dont have. ]

[]school is starting soon (gets out his colt .45 and aims at his head)so just remember what ive said about controlling my char and remember he is trying to keep the group together and hes a pilot not a marine so i wouldnt reccamend him for battle.[]

Huon:Lets see we have 5 launchers and 46 rockets...*hears a squishy noise and turns around*...Im the only one down here....Hello?*then he hears some strange noises and what seems like some box's fell*...He walked over and took a peek around the corner and saw what looked like in his quick look a dead grunt.He knew it would be hard as he was unarmed and everything was in a box and by the time he got one open the enemy would be upon him.*he looked again and saw that actually its 3 dead grunts*...They must have come through the broken vent shaft...*he slowly walks into a smaller room and put ion a camera and he watchs them all*....*goes on his comm*Hello?I need some help in the generator room!!Theres 3 dead grunts and im unarmed!They may be here to destroy our large cache of weapons...

Ten brought up his side arm and started to unload his clip into the abomination, which ignored the bullets and started to advance further. He spun and went through the door going back the way he'd come. Spotting an assault rifle on the floor from a recent battle he picked it up an started firing at the creature. Again it shrugged them off, taking another clip he stuck it in his rifle and started firing, but he was backpedalling now.

Huon:*goes on his comm and sets it to spartans channel*
Huon:Hello anyone?In in the generator aand now theres a dead elite and 4 flood grunts here.They have come in through a vent system that was recently unknown.I need assisstance.i am armed with only a pistol an....*The sound of plamsa fire and of a pistol firing interrupts the message*...Get away from me you fuc....*message ends in gunfire and plasma fire*

[ I thought i had Plo still at the hallway (silentwolf was with me and the marines from wat i could tell) and Kiyo u obviously missed about where my explosive came from, and i hope all the charaters have an escape plan set up since it seems we're being over run by flood, and r u killing urself huon?]

Nuron runs to the end of the hallway and sees one elite [who is Asst] moveing away [in cloak obviously], but Nuron had to help TEN who he saw getting tossed around like a rag doll while the other elite [Tekka] was on the sideline trying to figure a way to bring the thing down. "TEN here!" Nuron tosses an empty lanucher over to the Spartan, then 4 rockets one at a time (cause this is some heavy stuff for my guy). Nuron then sets himself up with all the ammo for his two SMGs on his armor clips and prepares to distract the new parasite, all the while watching the last elite...

Huon:*finishes off the attacking force and closes the door then goes through a emergency hatch with is actually a small passage that leads outside and then he keeps running out into the forest until he comes to a cave and goes on his comm*
This is huon your pilot.keep the base secure.do not come to find me i repeat dont look for me in the generator room.theres a small flood presence there and they are isolated as i closed the vent shaft and now it is closed.but do not find me!!!*turns his com channel to receive only and to hold the call until he can have the opportunity to take it*

[]now i am deciding whether i should stay human or become a commander of the flood.Also im thinking more along the lines of the flood as id be the first to be a flood so id know everything and be able to attack you guys better and stuff[]

As all of the flood rushed in the marines regrouped and made thier way to the pelican bay and loaded it up with ammo.the escape total is now 17 marines 4 pelicans 4 warthogs and a huge amount of ammo and weapons/food/water/supplies.

Marine:Where are we going?
Pilot:Im not sure.im sure huon had some sort of plan but he escaped and his signal is gone so we just plan to take these 4 pelicans and fly around for a while.i mean these dont even use fuel and stuff so they can fly for a long while before needing to get fixed or something.

*the pelicans fly around but they have left 1 pelican with a supply of food and ammo at the base for the spartans.also the pelican at the base has a warthog with a guass.*

Ten grabbed the rocket launcher and quickly placed a rocket in it. He fired blowing out one tentacale, but the creature reached out with the other and ripped the launcher from his hands and crushed it.

[]No the marines and specialists left you a pelican and a warthog.and im lost in a forest running from the flood.[]

The marines then see the top of what seems like a mountain and a nice flat plateau with enough room for the pelicans and then they set up the base there and they find a cave to use as a place to rest.they fortify the position with 3 mg turrets they got and then they organized the pelicans to be able to quickly leave.Then the marines manned the outer posts while the pilots organized ammo between each pelican so that each pelican stored roughly the same amount of supplies and troops.Then a scouting party that went into the valley below in a warthog found what seemed like a crashed pelican and they found some flood that were dealt with and then they found a scared pilot who had been hiding out in the cockpit for a few hours.they escorted him back to camp and went back for the ammo.

Pilot:They were transfomed.....then they attacked me and i locked the door....It was horrible!!!
Marine:You are safe here.*signals a marine to bring him some armor and a SMG for the pilot.*
Huon:but they swarmed....and i hid to save myself....
marine:*gives him the equipment*Get ready cause we might have to fight.
Pilot:Yes sir...

[]just wondering but wtf happened to the commander guy on the ship?And if we have pelicans then why dont we exit the ring and go to the nearest covenant ship and take it over then go into human controlled space and from there we do some other stuff?and what happens when we get of halo?do we just go back to humanity and get medals and stuff and then fight the covenant more?.just a few questions.Also do u guys think i should go to the flood side?Also liquid fire wtf happened to the elite you had?are they dead?[]

[]Huon, don't be so narrow minded, you think the covenant are just going to let us fly up to their ships, dude, they would just vape us into free floating atoms. What can a pelican do against a fully armed covenant starship? I don't know exactly what happened to the elite, one small misunderstanding led to several more. Ill say this, I was after an elite and he went to meet the other two when the flood juggernaut decided to kill us all. There isn't a mass of flood overrunning our base and it is very premature to take all the marines and equipment and just land in some random area. This Rpg has more than one person, you should post in connection to other posts and work together to get out of this mess. IF you just keep making us end up somewhere else the RPG will die because it losses its story and starts to not make sense. That is just my opinion, if you don't agree please say so.[]

[]I have another point, I would like to tell you I am not trying to insult you or be overly critical, but when you post you need to explain things in more detail. Dont just say, "Kills the flood." You need to write HOW you do your actions, and you just ended up in the hangar and I have no idea how you got there. I often have trouble making sense of your posts and must read parts more than once to try and figure out what you are saying. You need to be clearer and more detailed in your messages, and please be more realistic.(Also, edit your posts with spell check)[]

[]sry.im more used to writing in the notepad alone.now i thought because i added a small group of covenant,you destroying the door to open it up and the hunter i kinda thought we were being invaded by them.but i sorta though if we were being invaded the marines would run away and thenmake a base...So i misinterpreted and plus in a post someone had said we were being invaded.i think on the last page.And im not real sure on how to use battle and stuff i mean im just sitting there and firing at them with my pistol and reloading.im not too good at detailing stuff in talking and chat.also i dont remember going to the hangar.i escaped through a shaft after the flood were gone.well anyways...Just dont even read the ones about the marines.they are still in the base and stuff....they arent in a plateau...im not very smart and im depressed as 3 months of summer are gone...ok so anyways the marines are still in the base but im out of the base....so im not in it and the marines are....Also i was sort of imagining we fly to a ship close to the rin g and if im correct the covenant are not to damage the ring so if they missed by a millimeter and stuff then they might damage the ring so then we would go to the hangar and land so then from there we go in and attack the enemy and take it over....[]

That is something that we all could have done in more than twenty posts, but you did it in one sentence. Your moving way too fast and I am running out of ways to try and keep us all together so we all have fun. A better way to write the first few words in one post would be:

Huon placed a clip into his pistol and risked a glance around the corner. He spotted four grunts and an Elite that looked as though it was dead, very much like a zombie. Unloading the entire clip he sent three of the grunts backwards into bloody heaps on the ground. Ducking back through the door he pressed a fresh clip into the pistol, by now the Elite and last remaining grunt were moving toward him. He again looked around the corner and dispatched the last grunt, scrambling back into the room as the elite slammed a fist into the wall before entering in after him. Huon backpedalled to keep the elite at bay while he unloaded the entire clip into its chest before it fell lifeless. He switched on his comm, "Hello? This is Huon, the pilot. I've found some more flood down here, I was wondering if I could get some backup, or should I try to regroup with the rest of you?"

Writing like that makes more sense and gives more detail making a post easier to follow. While that takes up just as much space, i find it more enjoyable to read and assume others do as well, also it keeps in tandem with the others so we are all in the same time, plus with that response it leaves an opening for another player to respond and in turn give you an opening to continue the story. I'm not saying change right away but would appreciate if you made an effort. If you don't agree please tell me, if you do you can voice an opinion but I don't want to see other people verbally bash Huon after this post, it is not fair and will make him feel even worse than he does after reading my two posts. I am just trying to give advice here, not offend other people.[]

[]knwo i want you all to know that you can control my character but remember he says not to sva ehim or look for him!he isnt going to the flood....but remember he is in a forest with no idea of where to go...this is because school is starting tomorrow[]

Huon checks his pistol and sees only 7 round in it and then he holsters it and realizes he would have no chance out here as he is a simple pilot.then he thinks about it and gets up and takes a quick look around the area and then looks at his motion tracker and sees nothing but he does see a red dot which is a small infection form.
Huon:*gets his pistol and fires 2 shots and then looks at the infection form and he puts it away and slowly walks back and then he keep looking around but at the entrance he sees that the door is sealed and in desperation he bangs on the door and then looks at a 3d map of the area and realizes he overlooked a panel nearby.the panel shined with a small light and was full of strange symbols.he pressed a few buttons that looked important and it opened the door up and he remembered the combo for if he had to use it once more....*he walked up the passage and then went into the main generator to find that the flood were gone and he sealed the passage and went into the elevator where he went up and then as he was tired he went into the barracks and looked for the most comfy cot and layed there looking over his datapad and then he sent a message to ten to find him in barracks 02 to talk about a course of action and what to do.*

Huon:I hope we can get off this ring because if this information is right...we need god to stay alive...

Huon then gets out of his cot and goes to the medlab and checks thw worklog on his way to the top area.
Marine: Sir we have healed up 3 troops.
Huon:Good
*looks at it and he sees that a marine was released with a wound he didnt know about*
Huon:whats this?
Marine:He had to leave because of the alarm.
Huon: ok.....
*he walks away and will try to figure it out later.*
Then he goes on the elevator and goes to the top floor and then he sees the hunter and jumps off the small wall and crouchs and then aims his pistol at the thing and then he trys to aim but then he looks around and sees ten in the path ofn the liumbering giant and then he puts the pistol back and tries to decide what to do....He wonders should he divert the beast away while ten tries to kill off the thing....or maybe he should lay low until the fighhting is over.....The choices and thier consequences raced through his mind and then he got reayd to make a move....

[ OMG u domwitted fool it's not a hunter, it's a Juggernaut flood, from the droil covie unit (and no it's not in the game but look back up the page and click the link Liquid_Fire (LF) has for it) and im in there with the other elite and TEN (who now has a rocket launcher), i was going to distract him while TEN fires several rockets into the SOB!!! Just plz huon PLEASE read the forum replies more than two before yours, because LF does have a point u need to make more descriptive and long lasting plot points, you've said you went outside, came back into front door, which didn't have an easy locking mechcanism, u couldn't just lobby a guess at the code (plus the flood are right outside the door looking for a way in!!! remeber me and TEN trying to get in after you guys?) then u walk down the hallway to meet up with Nuron, TEN, and Tekka all in TWO (2) posts?!?!?! sorry but i just don't see how it takes such a short time to do all that.... while not giveing us time to post.]
