Give Reality TV a rest!

whos still watchin this shit? this whole thread is base on how reality shows suck everybody is agreeing and yet there still on the air coz somebody is still watching them.....i f*ckin hate that reality shit on tv its takin away work from actors who are stuck waiting tables

Oh look. Another news segment about American Idol. ITS NOT NEWS DAMNIT!

HOLY CRAP! Another segment right after the commercial break. WTF? Does everybody elses news stations do this? I'm watching fox news and they just had a 5 min segment, followed by commercials, and another 5 min segment. This is flat out making me angry.

😠 Oh yay, they are closing the news program with a performance by the winner. HURRAY! 😠

They are, but I only get like 5 channels and the TV was on while I was at the computer. The American citizens are all drive-by citizens now days because they follow only what the television and newspapers focus on.

I imagine all the coverage about American Idol will cease after about 2 more weeks. So, if we can survive until then...

I flipped through Fox last night during the "finale" and saw again Fox's summer line-up. What do you guys think about some of the other shows? At least half of the shows were reality tv. I'm still kinda diggin' that Casino show, though. It looks like it might be pretty decent...you guys seen the ads for that?

The celebrity poker won? Or is there another that I'm missing. Doesn't matter. I won't watch either way.

Reality TV sucks ass, minus the Real World. When I first saw Survivor commercials, I knew that was going to destroy TV. Then came Big Brother. Uck. Those house makeover shows aren't bad though, that's like.. underprivelaged families getting a new house. That's cool. Other than that, Survivor and etc can go to hell.

I like some reality TV like Manor house, Colonial House and Frontier House, where a group of people are taken back to the proper historic time and make them live like it was that time. They have to work, earn they food, built their homes, built the schools... I really like those three.

No. Its on regular TV and I believe it is simply called Celebrity Poker. Right now they are advertising it with Jeff Gordon and some other guys.

there are very few original or even good reality shows at all, only good one still is just road rules, real world sucks now, that one w/ the house building makeover, it actually serves a good purpose unlike pieces of crap like "The Bachelor"
