USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II, EPISODE I (LIGHT SIDE)- Conspiracy

Do you want to get INTO the Bridge, or UPTO the Bridge and then storm it?

OK do the Savoir Faire thingy....

Like I say, Vlad, it needs more than just 'use it'. Use it for what, and how?

"Thank you, Clarion. I'm glad you're with us on this assignment," Kellan replied. "If you have the security set-up arranged, we can gather the Viceroy and his entourage. We have to get moving."

You are still nervous after your failure with the Force last night, Gundark. It is also mere hours since the assassination attempt- people are drawn, tired and nervous. Yet as you set out upon the route, you sense no immediate danger...

Yes Master Kelln, I planned on having you lead us and I will bring up the rear. Perhaps it would be helpful to wait for cover of darkness to being our little sojourn?

No good I am afraid. It is two hours after dawn now and the Viceroy needs to be at Court- that decides the timetable.

But the route seems secure enough; no other people or vehicles are anywhere near it.

Ush how much time do we have and what is the distance we have to cover?

About a mile, and he is due in 30 minutes (though it is as well to get there early)

If it is any compensation, it is pretty gloomy out. Coruscant is not the brightest of planets.

"Thats fine, Clarion, I'll take the lead," Kellan replied. Reaching out with the Force brought no messages of impending doom, but this failed to comfort Kellan in any way. The apparent loss of her ability to tap into future events through the Force was disconcerting in the least, horrifying at best.

Getting the Viceroy safely to the courthouse was paramount at this point; she would have to examine personal matters at a less stressful time.

Just like the last time, slowly, painfully, the minutes pass... and then suddenly, there you are at the Courthouse again, ready to proceed inside.

well since the droids work for the merchants families it's of to the merchant family (I'm assuming a savoir-faire roll can tell me to which family I need to talk)

Hopefully INTO the bridge, so it wont be like a direct attack and we can stop the slaves before we have to attack them all...

"You want me to leave the Temple?" Gallagher asked. "Well, I'm not leaving Coruscant, at least..."

"When shall I go?"

"You should attend the court session today, Gallagher," says Mundi. "After the proceedings, see Master Gundark or one of her team."

-

Ok, Roan and team, before I make the rolls, are you going to try and sneak through the corridors, or go through ducts and stuff?

-

I am afraid you wouldn't know the right people to talk to, Marcus. You'll have to follow things from the bottom up.

I suggest we take the back way into the courthouse Kellan.

So you assume we talk to every family? Maybe we could find some data computers which has data like where someone lives, or on what mission Balek is?

"Protocol dictates the front entrance, Clarion," Kellan replied. "Keep things moving. I don't want the Viceroy getting hung up with the press or anybody else; we go straight to the courtroom."

Why would any computer have info on Balek, Vlad?

-

The Courtroom is assembling once more. Xian-Tai-Tek (the Judge) is looking anxious to get proceedings sorted. Senators Riordan and Nebb are already there...

I dunno you know computers to keep track of mercenaries goals and stuff?
