i think it would be chaos to change it over here. all the little kiddies would have to learn how to use KM, M, and celius! including me!

Celsius is damn easy; everything else is more of a problem.
UK is about 10% through the switchover... and has been for some 25 years. It is weights that are going metric first; a big court case about people who refused to change has just finished.

maybe im just too lazy to learn it. I HATE math!

It IS worrying, isn't it? Though I am sure he'll be fine.

Celsius/Centigrade is the easy one because it is based on something you can relate to- zero is water's freezing point and 100 is water's boiling point.

im sure he'll rite in a month or two or whenever he gets the chance. patience is the key!
