I have noticed that this thread has seriously gone off-topic and needs to be put back onto track. The original intention for this thread was:
This is the place where all of the SuperShallow 'fans' can discuss the latest happenings at our favorite humor website and his 'impact' on the Star Wars community. This is not an "I hate SS thread". Its more of an "I think SS is funny as heck" thread.
I have no idea what went on in the last SS thread, but it looks like things went sour quick. None of that here if you please. If you want to threaten someone do it somewhere else. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A FLAME WAR WITH SOMEONE YOU DON'T AGREE WITH, START YOUR OWN THREAD SO USH CAN CLOSE IT AND NOT THIS ONE.
but this thread is now doing just that - a place where people can flame each other over why and why not they don't think SS is funny. To be quite honest, it's quite petty...
@ Lord Janus and others: Everyone in the world is entitled to thier free opinion - heck thats what the internet is for - but its also a place where people can learn to absorb other peoples opinions and respect them. Not to burst into another persons thread saying 'this thread is s***t' or starting with the sarcasm (which is the lowest form of wit). Something like 'I see where your ideas are coming from, but im afraid that i have come to the conclusion that talking about SS is a not a good way to spend your time. That's all i wanted to say 🙂'. Instead you and the others are trying to force your opinions down these guys throat - why do you care? Would you care if some guy 100s of miles away said 'star wars is rubbish? Would you care if someone half way round the world sweared? No, you wouldn't, yet you and the others keep coming back and trying to spew hate for one of 3 reasons:
1) You're bored
2)You wish the threads you you had started were this long
3) You like shoving words down peoples mouths. <continued below>
Truth be told, the regular forrumers on this site *did* verbally abuse you and others when you made your comments, but i can understand thier anger, when they just want to chill out, have a good time and take the mick out of SS. Open your eyes and see that by talking to people like the way you are doing is NOT a good way to build relationships and will only end in everyone thinking you are arrogant and everyone is beneath him - pretty much the same kind of person as David Brent
@ Regular Posters (overlord etc): You have a right to be angry - a bunch of people crashing onto a thread which you enjoy with nothing but mindless garbage like 'you must be psychotic' or 'prays for the sanity of the people here'. But the way you are approaching this is wrong - swearing at them, calling them names, telling them to leave etc will NEVER work. It will eventually lead to the closing of this post because some forummers (i.e Lord Janus) will report you for 'flaming and abusing him'. If someone comes on here saying 'lol u f**king idiots u still belive dis wacko ss. u must b crazy', think of something constructive to say back that will deter the user from coming back. It doesnt have to be nasty or anything, just enough so the user will either be so flabbergasted at what you said he will walk away thinking 'omg dose guys ave totaly f*ked up my mind' and will shut them up indefinately. It would help if the comments made by the intruders were more constructive themselves (see above) so you can reply with something like 'ok thanks man. Your opinion is valued here but the reason we keep on going on about SS is because <insert reason(s) here>. I hope that helps you to understand 🙂' Most of you have ignored them directly already which can be a good tactic but for you others you need to either
1) Ignore them as well
2)Think of a witty, constructive reply that will put them in thier place
I'd just thought i would add my 2 cents since the thread is going to the dogs. Remember what the orignal point of this thread was and live up that. If not, then its going to close soon, since the modders will see the swear words and abuse thrown at others and choose no other option.

A thread should have no end time - its not like God said 'right this thread starts here, becomes popular here, and ends here'. It should continue because a group of people enjoy posting and talking about a subject.
Also, its basic human courtesy and etiquette to behave yourself during a debate/conversation and to respect what other people say, take it into account and argue thier own point of view in a clear, concise manner that does not upset the other person. If people cant understand that then well, i feel sorry for them.
Now, i would hate to see this thread close as it has provided me with a few giggles over the past couple of months so lets back on topic eh? And ignore the idiots who keep barging in

Even by this little comment of his you can see he makes up his own little star wars world, all the things HE doesn't like he regards as non-canonical/Lucas vision. Though he DOES think his little ep789 scripts are cool wich I think are pretty boring.

More fans read the novels than they do his site.

But it is the lower the number the better, eg Yahoo is 1, Msn 2, Google 3 etc...
