You know what, George? Too bad. I am a writer and I will continue to write Star Wars fan fictions as they are good practice and good for developing my writing skills. You should be honored that people are so intrigued by Star Wars that they would take it further, but perhaps you are as selfish, greedy and lazy as many people here have said.

Wow- I was a reader of his site a few months before ep 3 came out- i found it almost on-the-mark-- It sucks to see my hopes to 789 with windu in it quite blown up in my face-- i'm at work, i was on ss's site, and a buddy of mine knew what i was looking at and directed me here...

Big Mistake on the part of SS
Dear George Lucas, do you know what you did with The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. You messed up Star Wars. Revenge of the Sith was the only decent film of the prequels. The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones did not have any character development. The Phantom Menace might have been a fantastic movie, but it moved too fast and did not have enough of Darth Maul.
Attack of the Clones moved too slow. It looked as if you tried to make a movie out of a very minor incident. The only thing you accomplished to move the story along is create the clone army and to have Chancellor Palpatine extend his stay in office. It might have been better if you had stuck Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith together to form one great movie and make a third film about Vader hunting down the Jedi.
Or if you didn't want to do that, you could have skipped the cheesy romance scenes and just cut through to the end to all the action and have continued with the beginning of the Clone Wars. That way, the third film could have had more Darth Vader. I enjoyed the digital effects and the light-saber duels (especially Yoda's duels), but too much of a good thing can be bad.
You didn't have enough story. But they are your movies and I suppose it's too late now. I don't mean to be over critical, but the original trilogy was way better despite its bad graphics. I guess it’s too late to tell you that I am a big fan of yours. Best of luck to you, George Lucas. P.S. I don't expect you to post this.
George Lucas: What you’re basically doing is ripping my personal artistic vision. SuperShadow and I spend many months writing each script for the prequel trilogy. We carefully drafted each line until we found perfection. The Phantom Menace is the highest grossing Star Wars film at the box office because it is the best Star Wars film ever.
We hit a grand slam with that one. Attack of the Clones was equally spectacular. The box-office earnings were kind of low, but that was to be expected after the enormous appeal of The Phantom Menace. I don’t know why you think I wouldn’t post your question. I’m not afraid of criticism. This gives me the chance to fight back against ignorant people who challenge my artistic vision.
Hey GL, way to absolutely dominate on that loser from your last posting. You rock. I have a couple of questions regarding Star Wars. 1. How come if Palpatine was so strong with the Force, why wasn't he recognized and trained as a Jedi? He did live inside to Republic on Naboo.
2. In the sequel trilogy, will cool minor characters, such as Admiral Akbar, be included? 3. Was the Jedi Temple on Coruscant turned into a Sith Temple during after Episode 3 - 6? 4. Will the New Jedi Order in the sequel trilogy be on Coruscant? You rock.
George Lucas: I don’t enjoy embarrassing fans who disagree with me, but my wit is so great that I can easily humiliate anybody who finds errors with my films. I always prevail because there are no mistakes in the films. There is simply nothing to really criticize.
Palpatine’s parents would not give the Jedi permission to train Palpatine in the ways of the Force. Later on, Darth Plagueis killed Palpatine’s parents and then adopted Palpatine as his apprentice.
Yes, Akbar and many other minor actors from Episode 4 to 6 will have at least cameo roles in the sequels.
No, the Jedi Temple was never used by the Sith. Instead the Jedi Temple was converted into luxury apartments for Palpatine’s top cronies.
Yes, the new Jedi under Luke Skywalker will call Coruscant their headquarters
