HEY HEY don't forget SS will b doing episodes 10-12 to!! the best is yet to come!!!!
the thing that first got me was not his sw bullshit but the fact that he must mention SCORING with HOT BABES ALL THE TIME!!!
😂 It's just so like that SHERMINATOR guy from American Pie!! i'm sure anybody here knew someone like that at school, turns out they were a virgin!!! i mean fair enough if he said it a handfull of times!! But EVERY FRICKIN UPDATE!!!
Also to those who believe ! look back through this whole thread ( i know its too long but..) there is a link to one of his "Former Ex girlfriends" websites where it states a legal order has been made against his site becuase he stole pictures of her saying that she was his girlfriend, "Amber" i believe was her name !! i'm sure she actually comments on da man himself! saying she'd never met him😂

There he said, that he made a Trilogy, than he took the middle part, and made the first Trilogy. The same with the PT. so there is one Trilogy missing.Another intersting fact is the workingtitle of the first book, it was the adventures of luke Skywalker - Not Anakin Skywalker, or Darth Vader.
I actually enjoy reading the New Jedi Order novels. Luke kicked major *** in the final novel of the series and became a very wise Jedi Master in using diplomacy to end the war against the Yuuzhan Vong by going to Zonama Sekot. (SuperShadow: Hahaha. Beyond horrible. That has got to be the worst possible way to wrap up the New Jedi Order series. Appeal to a sentient godlike planet to save you from the enemy. Ridiculous. That is a HUGE reason nobody reads those books.)
Well the NJO series ends better then say episode 9 where a black hole engulfs a planet.

come on guys... lucas did say he was planing 9 episode series. i don't have a link to the official site regarding this, but i'm sure that he did say 9 episode. i don't think there is a statement that specifies "nobody will do no more star wars movies from now on". and, if someone wants to continue sw, lucas wold be more than pleased to sell his script.that woldn't mean that ss is not a liar, or that i'm on his side. it's just that i wold not be happy if star wars goes down with just a tv series.
maybe, just maybe ss was right about the next sw movies. what he said about the next trilogy could prove to be right just by mistake... it ties up almoust perfectly with lucas's previous movie launching strategies... if that is right we should see sw in 15 years, and I think that's very probable.
I don't have any proof, other than the fact that lucas did say 9 and not 6. I'm a sw hopeful u gotta belive me
To begin with Lucas first said their would be only one movies (Episode IV) but then it became such a hit he went ahead to finish the 3 movies and Lucas never planned for 1-3 for a long, long time. When Lucas finally came about on working on episode I, the OT were in development of the special editions. Lucas has never said their would be 9 movies and until episode I he never said their would be 6 but he never once said Return of the Jedi would be the last Star Wars movie but he did say countless times that Revenge of the Sith was the final movie.

i saw a few interviews with george lucas and he never said he wanted just one movie. he said he didn't want to continue star wars because a new hope was a dsappointment for him. he declared "no more star wars" just like this time. and what do u get... after a long period of waiting episodes V and VI appeared. and then again 1, 2 and 3.
this is a strategy used by lucas for such a long time. what makes you belive he woldn't play the same game again? it worked so well all this time. i think lucas woldn't direct the last trilogy but I think there will be one.
Gel,
you're obviously to young to remember when star wars came out. A New Hope wasn't a disappointment....it became the biggest movie ever released back in 1977 and 78. He never mentioned that he wouldn't make another. ESB and ROTJ came out in 3 year intervals (1980 & 1983). He mentioned then he would like to tell the backstory but wasn't ready to devote that much time to it then.
Lucas has mentioned many times now that Star Wars is about Anakin's/Darth's fall and redemption. It's a 6 part story that chronicles his life. It's not Luke's story, but Vader's. Period.
Everyone needs to accept the fact that it's over. If you want more stories, then read one of the numerous books out there, or wait for the TV series.
Don't delude yourself into thinking anyone else is going to pick it up if Lucas doesn't want to do more. It's his world, his story, and he's not going to give it to someone else to run with, especially not to SS. Lucas, at his age, is not going to invest another 12 years into making another trilogy. And to counterpoint the statement that he made back in the 70's about it being a 9 part story. He's since then stated that he condensed the story to fit it into 6 parts. Many storylines he omitted since it detracted from the main plot.

SuperShadow: Production will begin on Episode 7 by 2014. Actual filming will take place around 2017 and the film will be ready for theatrical release by May 2020.

Actually he says that it's all one book...and they are only 6 episodes, and it is the story of darth vader.
It is right, that he said it is all one book, but it consisted of 9 episodes, it was called the history of the Royal family "The Wills" or something like that, and the first part was the adventures of "Luke" Skywalker - he said that in an Interview made after Episode 1, when they asked him why he had started with Episode IV and not with Episode I. And he also said, that it was one book, but to long for a movie, so he splitted it into 3 parts: PT, OT, ST.
read this! 💃 💃 💃 It's time to show your fans some respect, George. When insulting the fans maybe you should explain why writing Star Wars books is "too complex" or better yet why it’s too complex. You do not know everything! (SuperShadow: Lucas never makes mistakes.) Star Wars is not nor will it ever be perfect! You could have made the prequel trilogy so much better, so when 'Star Wars' fans tell you of your mistakes, maybe you should not dismiss them and try to show some understanding. (SuperShadow: The prequel trilogy is perfect in every way. The genius of SS cannot be denied.) But maybe that’s too hard with your stunted mind. Without the stunning direction of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, the classic trilogy wouldn’t have been as big as it was. Those directors did a great job! Fact. (The fans know it so don't bother boasting about your weak directorial skill). (SuperShadow: O.K. How did you manage to get out of the asylum? Please start taking your meds again.)
😆 oh and this was all posted a few days ago and not by me
Hey SuperShadow, I was curious if George is still pleased with the performance of Jake Lloyd (not sure on the spelling, but I am speaking of the young boy that played Anakin in Episode I)? (SuperShadow: Lucas was very pleased with Jake’s interpretation of young Anakin. Many times while on the set, Lucas was driven to tears because of Jake’s genius to show deep emotions. Jake should have been nominated for an Oscar and a Golden Globe.) Every time I watch "The Making of Episode I” documentary, I just have to skip past any where Jake is present.
Driven to tears? Honestly. I almost left the theater.
lol I think he did a decent job for his character personally... but for some laughs SS posted some more today...
Yo Shadds, wazup? (SuperShadow: There are people in our society who would end civilization if they had the means.) A friend of mine read a comic book and Darth Maul has mechanical legs and he goes to Tatooine to Owen's homestead to kill Luke Skywalker, but Obi-Wan stops him. They fight. Maul knocks Obi-Wan down. Gets ready to kill'em and he drops dead and behind him is Owen with a big blaster. Adios. (SuperShadow: I think this is one of the Star Wars Infinities stories from Dark Horse. It gives an alternate reality that is not part of the official Star Wars canon.)
hmmm... alternate reality not part of canon... sounds like History of the Jedi and Sith...
Shadow, who's idea was it to cut Darth Bane from Episode 3? (SuperShadow: Lucas made the call.) Those scenes would have rocked! (SuperShadow: Big time.) I know you have the ideas for Episodes 7 - 9 outlined already, but would it be possible to include Darth Bane in them? (SuperShadow: Perhaps this could happen.) If Luke is basically going to destroy the dark side forever, how about having the dark side send in its most ancient/powerful/last ditch effort to stop Luke? (SuperShadow: Simply amazing. I love it.) Then we could see it wasn't Sidious alone who usurped power and destroyed the Jedi. Just an idea! (SuperShadow: Your idea will be given to Lucas.)
Yeah... I really loved his "Rough Drafts" involving Xio Jade, revived Sith and the Sith council, the Time Detonator, and Xio Jade's ship... The Millenium Falcon!!!
😆 😆 😆
George Lucas: Thanks for the kind words. I’m excited to have such a passionate fan such as yourself. Tolkien’s work of fiction is very disappointing. It’s basically three books about two short people walking around all the time trying to destroy some ring. Peter Jackson had to change Tolkien’s books significantly in order to make the story interesting enough for film. Dune is also another one that will put you to sleep. People living in a desert searching for spice is really boring. I have to admit that the idea for Tatooine comes from Dune. However, I made my barren world much more interesting than anything seen in Dune. My favorite anime projects would have to be Takira’s Storm Robot Challenge, the 1970's version of Battle of the Planets and Osaki’s Planet of the Doomed Warrior Elite. I don’t have a lot of time to spend watching TV, but I do enjoy a little anime every month or so.
Someone needs to hack him just for this comment...
Shadow: Your site rocks! (SuperShadow: Touchdown after touchdown. The score is gettin’ ugly. Sorta like Mack Brown vs. North Texas State.) Could Obi-Wan have taken a more aggressive approach against Anakin in their climatic light-saber duel? (SuperShadow: Yep, if Obi-Wan wanted to kill Anakin.) Or was Obi-Wan fully aware of Anakin's power and was forced to fight a defensive battle? (SuperShadow: No, Obi-Wan was not intimidated by Anakin’s raw power. Obi-Wan fought defensively to keep from hurting Anakin. Obi-Wan thought he could convince Anakin to leave the dark side and return to the light.) You da man! Score one for me! (SuperShadow: How about I score two or three for ya simultaneously? Rocket man.)
If cutting off Anakin's arm and legs and watching him burn alive and leaving him to die is turning him from the dark side then I say Obi-Wan did a good job.
