They seem to think that Star Wars universe could beat the Star Trek Universe in a war. I am a big fan of both Star Wars and Star Trek. There is little doubt in my mind that if the two universes collided that Star Trek would win. Let's compare the technology of the two.
First off top speed. In Star Wars they can hardly make it past lightspeed. In Star Trek, even 200 years TNG they had warp 5 max. which is 5 times the speed of light. If we compare from the time of the TNG and up many ships have a speed of warp 9. which is 9 times the speed of light.
In terms a weaponry. I am not sure how things from the show Enterprise timeline would stand up to star wars. But since most start trek takes place 200 years after that. I will focus on that. In order to blow up a planet, they needed a spacestation the size of a small moon to blow up a planet. In star trek, a starship's phaser can easly cut through the crust of a planet causing it to be destroyed.
Considering these seem to be the standard for most federation starships, it goes to show that a phaser is more powerful then a turbolaser. From watching the movies, the ships in Star Wars seem to have rather weak shields. Meanwhile in Star Trek, it often takes several hits from a phaser or disrupter to pierce the shields. As we know phasers are stronger then turbo laser file. So their shields must be stronger as well.
I could go on and on. But my point is in all this is those fans of SS know nothing. Srry for the lack of paragraphs there. Not much room for this all
NEVER compare that aweful rammed into the groung franchise Star Trek, I mean Paramount ran it dead, the Enterprise was canceled boy. And the Star Trek Federation couldn't stand a chance against the Galatic Empire. The Empire has a much large force, as well as being more of a military force than an exploration force. Also, you can't really have the entire Trek universe or w/e vs Star Wars becuase Star Trek has several lame gods and superior beings, that really make it even more gay, and you can't have a force defeated just by the click of a finger by an un-creative figure. Star Wars owns trek, I don't care what you trekkies think, google Star Wars vs Star Trek, find the forum, and see how bad yer Trek crap gets flamed!
