wow, the man has just had an interview with christopher lee...wish i was that cool:
SuperShadow: What do you think of the fate in store for your character in Revenge of the Sith?
Christopher Lee: Well, Dooku is a Sith so the odds of a bright outcome are slim. All the Sith in George’s world meet untimely deaths. They all die in battle. This includes Darth Maul, Darth Rage, Darth Tyranus, Darth Vader and even the most malevolent one of all Darth Sidious. George said he’s trying to portray the theme that evil, in particular the evil of the dark side, is ultimately self destructive. The dark side gives you immense almost immeasurable power, but at the same time it stabs you in the back. The power of the Sith is illusionary. It’s not real or lasting. It’s brief and fleeting.
SuperShadow: Lucas seemed to borrow this theme of evil as self destructive from J.R.R. Tolkien because Saruman and Sauron also have untimely deaths. Is Lucas paying homage to Tolkien?
Christopher Lee: George has undoubtedly been influenced by Professor Tolkien. It would be hard to find a science-fiction or fantasy writer who isn’t extremely indebted to the work of the Professor. George told me he borrowed the title of Return of the Jedi from Return of the King. So it goes without saying that George would borrow themes explored in the Lord of the Rings. Of course, the Professor didn’t originate these themes. He took previous mythological structures and gave them his own flavor. In most stories, the bad guys generally lose in the end. The Professor and George are just doing what has been done for so long in the science fiction and fantasy genre.
what an ass wipe.

Didn't I do all that a few pages back? And my pictures were better 😛 😆
Oh great... more "I helped Lucas write " crap....
Previously posted on SS.com: “NUTE GUNRAY: The war... The war is over... Lord Sidious promised... He promised we would be left in peace. VADER lifts his light-saber blade. VADER: He promised you would be left in pieces."
I'm a BIG fan of Star Wars, but with dialogue that BAD, how can Lucas expect people to watch Revenge of the Sith over and over? It takes more than computer animation to make a great film; I hope the rest of the script elevates above groan-inducing puns. (SuperShadow: The dialogue from Revenge of the Sith is pure genius on every level. I helped Lucas write most of it. That’s why it is so brilliant.)

What a total asstard.
Yet another contradiction by the Master.....
Why do you say Yoda and Sidious fight in the Jedi Temple when in the Revenge of the Sith trailer they fight in the Senate, as we can see the pods being thrown at Yoda. Did Lucas change the place the fight was held? (SuperShadow: Yeah, this scene has been changed. The fight now takes place in the Senate.)
EVEN MORE 100% TRUE LUCAS INTERVIEWS FROM SS!!!!
Mr. Lucas: How can you put up with SuperShadow making remarks about you all the time? Is it all in fun or does it get under your skin sometimes? Thanks!
George Lucas: It hurts. Criticism, no matter what the source, hurts your feelings because all I’m trying to do is make films that the fans will enjoy. The fact that Shadow pokes fun at me for being fat, greedy, making many plot errors while writing the prequels, the list goes on and on. It does hurt my ego a little because Shadow is a close friend. However, I can’t imagine life without him. Shadow is my connection to the fans. He’s an invaluable source of information.
