SS, when George Lucas eventually fixes the problems that he has had in the original trilogy (light-saber fights, Yoda, maybe even Boba Fett's survival at the Sarlacc Pit), how would this sound? When the snow troopers and Vader arrive at the Millennium Falcon, while it's trying to take off in Hoth, have the Falcon shoot a couple shots at Vader and see him deflect them with his light saber. Just an idea, hope it gets recognized! (SuperShadow: Sweet. What an awesome idea. This will be sent straight to Lucas

Hello Mr. Lucas. I have one quick question that has plagued myself and many of my friends. Why can't you also sell the original version of the original trilogy? I know that you do not see it as your definitive vision of the Star Wars movies, but many people would still like to own them on DVD. Here's my argument for you, sir, many films are released twice. One theater version and then a director’s cut version.

With all the changes you continually make to your series, it's like your director’s cut. All I ask of you, and I know it's a lot, is that you please consider the possibility of re-releasing the original versions. People love nostalgia and it also means more money for you. If you don't want the money, then you can send it to the people overseas who have been hit with the terrible tsunami. Sorry for this long message and I do hope you respond to it. Live long and prosper, just kidding, Star Trek is nothing compared to Star Wars!

George Lucas: We’ve done much research at Lucasfilm to determine exactly how much interest there is amongst fans for us to release the outdated versions of the first trilogy on DVD. We have found that 99.9% of the fans have no interest in the crap versions from the first theatrical release. No interest whatsoever.

I feel sorry for those who can’t let go of their childhoods and demand something of me that is unfair. The early versions of the first trilogy are simply terrible. The special effects are bad. They look awful. I can’t stand them. It would be major torture for me as an artist to have to release the lame versions on DVD. It’s never going to happen.

Are the rumours true? Will you be making Star Wars Episode 7 - 9?

George Lucas: Yes, absolutely 100% correct. Shadow will be in charge of all aspects of making the sequel trilogy. The fact that the prequels have been so successful proves that the full genius of Shadow should be unleashed without any interference from me. I expect the sequels to be the best of the best. Shadow knows more about Star Wars and pleasing the fans than anybody else on the planet, including me.

I actually think he imagines he knows George Lucas...and feels that they are good friends. The dudes crazy...he claims that he was on the Skywalker ranch and enjoyed coffee with George Lucas and everything. I heard once that George Lucas said Super Shadow was a false place on the internet for Star Wars or something like that. But if Super Shadow makes the sequel trilogy...wallbash...with those crudy scripts he has on his site...I don't think we could even call it Star Wars anymore. I highly doubt he will though. For the love of the Star Wars name!

I believe Lucas said he will not be making anymore Star Wars films. Quite regretable.

There's been rumours flying all over the place saying everything. With that said, I only take as gospel truth when it comes from the horses mouth. In interviews with Lucas, the only thing he said that was definate is that he is looking into making a TV Series that will possibly be set between Episode 3 and 4. Also he is continuing a few more Clone war cartoons. That's it. Darth Anus is full of bull with the whole Episodes 7-9. His fake Lucas Scripts suck anyhow.

Dear Mr. Lucas. Really like all the Star Wars movies. Episode 3 was the best of em al. In the beginning of the battle when Anakin and Obi-Wan flies up and down with the rest of the fighters, it felt like I was in the movie. Just like when you watch a cool 3-D roller coaster movie on an amusement park! I must say that you really managed to do a GREAT MOVIE! The saddest moment in "Revenge of the Sith" for me was when the Jedi got almost wiped out. The greatest moment was when I`ve got to see Anakin get the mask and Vader’s first breath take. Got just some questions hear: 1. Did you had in mind when you first wrote the script for the old movies that Darth Vader should have a dark voice? 2. The uniforms of the Empire, they look very similar to the Germans from World War 2, how come? HAVE A NICE SUMMER!

George Lucas: Thanks for all your kind words about Revenge of the Sith. Shadow and I poured three years of our lives into making that film and I believe Shadow really outdid himself this time around. The best thing to ever happen to Star Wars was for me to meet Shadow. I’m thankful to God for introducing Shadow in my life.

The voice for Darth Vader evolved over time. I wanted something extremely menacing and experimented with all types of voices. The Vader breathing came about by accident. I eventually settled on the James Earl Jones voice because it sounded the most promising. Also Jones worked real cheap so it all worked out for me financially.

Ralph McQuarrie was inspired by the Nazi when he created some of the Imperial outfits. It’s no accident that the Imperial Navy has similarities with the Nazi. The Empire is basically what the Nazi would have been if they had won World War 2.

Nazi's? Cheap? GOD introduced shadow to Lucas? can he get worse?
