He came back like 20 minute after being banned, saying he didn't get an IP, so I was wrong...umm, Raz would be the one to hand out an IP ban, not BackFire.

Raz hasn't done the banning, that's why he came back. Not a problem, he'll just keep getting banned.

BKK says they have different IPs, but, either way, they all seem to be underaged.
