well, I have watched it twice now, yesterday and earlier this afternoon.

for some reason I really hate the shelob scene, perhaps as it isnt my thing ya know.

The dvd features is a little downer as Feanor said (or trickster, cant remember),

Discos - but we shall watch it....none-the-less 🙄

The Hobbit w/ the pumpkin looks more like Deagol than Smeagol, but I haven't actually compared them.

nah I say it was someone else, the guy with the pumpkin I may of remember from Bilbo's party.....the one at the wooden ale thing 🙂

We have the original DVD but we're planning on getting the Extended in November too - I didn't know there were so many TV specials that they added on the special features disc. I think for Two Towers, they only had one. The National Geographics one was interesting, how they compared historic figures with the LotR characters (such as Aragorn, Grima, etc.).

Aurora and I watched the special features last night, and I for one was dissaponted that certain scences and interviews were duplicated in the different featurettes.

We were also talking and hoping for some kind of gag or blooper reel !

I think it would be funny to watch Gandalf screw up his lines ! 😂
