Backgroud: could always fly and use telekinesis, telekinesis became too powerful, and just before Noah joined the TT his telekinesis was too destructive and he could controll it, but some one casted a spell that made his telekinesis go back to the weakest form, now he has joined the TT to train his telekinesis
