I don't think I'd want to get that done to me, unless there was something functionally wrong with my face, and in that case, I still wouldn't get it done unless there where very few risks of complications.

The only way you would be able to get a new face from a cadaver is if you were in a bad accident that totally ruined your own face. It's only for severe cases and it's not truly been done yet.
Doctors are waiting for approval before they do it.
This whole thing came around because a young girl in another country was sitting near some machine and her hair got caught and it ripped her entire face off of her skull. Doctors were able to reattatch it completely, all blood vessels and nerves.
Since they were able to do that they believe they would be able to transplant faces now for the extremely disfigured.
It really wouldn't matter what face you get because the features from the cadaver will not be noticed, the bone structure of your face is what determines 90% of what you look like.
