uh, um, i don't know, the subject may be brought up already, but I was wondering why Peter Jackson decided to have Haldir die in the movie, when in the book he doesn't? Was it a fluke?

i have no idea. but it would be really nice if he NEVER DID ANYTHING LIKE THAT AGAIN.

I was quite sad when I found out. I had grown attached to Haldir and his sarcasm and coldness.

he totally rocks! that was really sad what Peter did. maybe he just did it for dramatic effect or somthing, cause there weren't supposed to be any elves there besides Legolas.
