btw, best try it in the second half of the night when the phases of Paradoxe Sleep are longest - it's the phase where the mind works most and tries to work out all the things that happened during the day... it's also the phase where you dream... should help best, but be warned, if you wake a sleeper during these phases several times, it might cause serious psychal problems ✅

I tried the silence treatment to my dad once but it didn't work out.
