Yea, Lite is a lot safer than the normal one, though mainly because of the missing spyware 😬 won't change much about viruses 🙁

It;s not safer at all, the only difference is it doesn't fill your computer with add and spyware, doesn't reduce you're chances of a virsus or trojan.
