Really, because I remember a thread that was in the General Discussion Forum that was just asking the opinions if people under 14 should be here... Maybe it had already been people under 13.

*gasps* Well, I guess I missed it. It says right there on the website that a "child" is under the age of 13 (as of 1998), I guess I just missed it. Maybe there was a little check box or something that made you check it if you were over 12...
