I dont know any word for pony... just for horse (sindarin Roch, quenya I think Rocco or something similar);

Prancing? I doubt that such a word exists... probably instead "dance" -> liltha in sindarin, PpA would be "Lilthol"; not sure bout quenya, maybe "liltala"?
