its like really really thick gravy ...(beef stock ) it is putred apparenly you can have it on toast or theres bovril the very same thing as marmite but you can add hot water to it and drink urgh

Marmite is a brand name for yeast extract sold in jars. Yes, I have always rather liked it even though it has a strong taste.
