Worst Spidey villain?

the tinkerer gets my vote. i mean really, what kind of villain (who wants to inspire fear in his enemies) would choose to name himself the tinkerer? it reminds me of tinker toys, those little brightly colored plastic building block-ish things. and plus, he just didnt do much of anything...
