Cant remember the name

The movie I am looking for the title to goes something like this.

There is a boy who works in a funeral home. Five or so kids are killed in a car crash. They are brought to that funeral home, and the funeral director is overwhelmed with the amount of bodies so he has the boy help him. The boy sews one of the kids mouth shut, and sometime later the kids one by one come back to life and try to kill him. The boys girlfriend works in a car repair shop, I cant remember the title to this movie for the life of me, but I think it was made in the 80's.

I've been having a look at films about what you said and I think it might be "funeral Home" from 1982. I haven't seen it so I can't really say, anyway theres a poster on ebay
