Spike's amazing... Out of the anime I've seen, he's at least top 5. Definitely top 3, and Kenshin only beats him cuz he talks really really cool. And swords rule.

2. Little Toguro (Yu Yu Hakusho) Annoying as all hell. Way too screechy. The main reason why Kurama is a badass. (actually, full demon form Yoko Kurama is the real reason. But getting rid of this guy wasn't bad at all either)
3. Rich Guy (Rouroni Kenshin) The guy with the gattling gun... Can't remember his name. Annoying as all hell, and he killed some truly amazing warrior dudes.
