Deniro?... no offense man, don't kill me.

I love exercising. I play basketball all the time as long as I'm not injured or in the middle of track season. I mainly concentrate on basketball and sprint training as my forms of exercise but I've been known to hit the weights pretty hard as well. My ankle has been hurt for about a week now but I start basketball again tomorrow. WOO HOO!

Sports forum? Oh well.

[sarcasm]I am happy, not BORED, oh HEAVENS no, not BORED[\sarcasm]

rock and roll.....did you get a scholarship for track or did you try out and make the team

Its a private school that doesn't give athletic scholarships sadly. But as a freshman I'm the top sprinter on the team.

thats pretty sweet....whats your fastest time

Well, I trained pretty hard core this year and expected majorly improved times but was injured and didn't really get to prove my potential yet, but...

100- 11.38 (planned on lower 11 this year)
200- 23.11 (planned on breaking 23)
400- 52.2 (plan on breaking 50 by next year) The 52.2 came after I my injuries recovered without training and told to just stride the whole thing.
