God originally made us to commune with Him personally and worship Him in perfect "lolly-pops and rainbows" world, then we sinned, so now our purpose is to worship God and to bring others to Him so that they will be saved from hell.

Probably not, He desires you to be saved and not to go to hell and not just kill you when you sin. If He did strike us with lightning when we say wrong things, all of us would be dead.

I don't see how you can say you've accepted your own mortality whilst at the same time believing that you have an immortal soul. Death kinda loses its finality if you believe you'll never really die, sounds like you might have your wires crossed. Or do you? Please explain.
