What makes you paranoid?

things that make me paraniod:

sitting in the dark
bugs
walking outside in the dark
the guys living next door to me 🙁

when I am in the house myself for like 2 weeks at a time - when I hear noises when I am trying to get to sleep or am upstairs in the shower and can hear people below me....
