Renee panted to a halt behind them.
"Hey, warn me next time you want to run of like that!", she said, and looking at her friends, she said jelously: "You both look so good in those robes!"
They offered to help her find something nice for her , and five minutes before the shop closed, Sarah exclaimed : "Hey, quick, try this on!"
Renee forced herself into the robes. They were dark red, almost bloodred.
"That looks really good!", Erin said, and hurridly the paid for their robes and left the shop. As they walked past the jewlery shop where Erin had bought them their presents, Renee said :"Wait here", and darted into the shop. Ten minutes later she came ou with three identical charm bracelets. The bracelets had their names on them, Erin in sparkling green, Sarah in dark red and Renee in night blue.
Slowly the three friends walked back up to the castle together, disscussing the ball exitedly as they went.
Vlad quickly spyed out Reene Erin and Sarah to leave the shop and went in himself. He quickly saw a Light Blue glittering Robe with golden stars and moons and suns on it he quickly got into it and liked it "Yeah!! Even matched with Chos dress! I saw her dress when she was trying it on two or three hours ago" Vlad both it and came over to the Jewlery store and both a sun bracelet. Whenever the person who wears it is sad the sun turns into a moon whenever the person is happy it turns into a sun whenever a person feels brave and proud it turns into a hogwarts badge. He planned on giving it to Cho. He looked out rain and thundestorm thundred... in an hour the match is going to start and just look at the weather! Oh blimey thats an umbrella! though Vlad as he ducked missing two inches of an umbrella. He looked up and saw that if someone went into the clouds he will be petrified! He got up to the common room put his new robe into his trunk got out his firebolt 3001 put on his quidditch uniform went into the stadium. He was the first one in the little bunker where the gryffindor team got ready.
Renee, Erin and Sarah made their way out to the Quiddich feild together. Seeing this match was Gryffindor versus Slytherin, Sarah obviously didn't have to play.
Erin and Sarah were both also faning for Gryffindor, so they could all stick together in the stands. It was pouring down. The three made their way to an alredy packed, sheltered part of the stangs. They squeezed in and squished to the front of the stands, so that they could follow the match. Well, they could have followed the mach if it hadn't been raining so hard. But at least they could hear the commentator form here.
Suddenly somebody tapped Renee on the shoulder. She turned around and was face to face with Ron. Suddenly she found she couldn't breathe.
"Hi", he said. He wasn't grinning. "Can I have a word? Alone? Now?"
"Uh...S-sure...", Renee cast a panicked look at Sarah. Sarah looked worried, too.
"Well, what's the worst thing he can do?", she whispered, so that only Renee could hear her. Renee shrugged and followed Ron out of the stands and outside the stadium. When they were alone, Ron demand: "Why did you run away like that???"
Renee was relieved. This is something I could explain, she thought. But it wasn't. She tryed to put her feelings in words, but only stutters came
out. She felt really stupid and wished she could be hit by a bolt of lightning or something. Ofcoures she wasn't.
"Well??", Ron said. He was looking worried now. "Don't you want to go to the ball with me anymore?? If you don't like me, just say it!"
In response, Renee kissed him.
"So, does that mean we're together?", Ron asked sheepishly.
"Yeh, I guess it does!", Renee said and kissed him again. Then they walked back up to the stands together, hand in hand. They didn't find room in the sheltered part anymore, but suddenly, Renee didn't care.
Van went down to Hogsmeade with his dad in a coach driven by the invisible beasts. They stopped off first at a robe shop.
"So. I hear you're going with one of the Chang family." Stephen grinned looking at Van.
"Yeha Sarah. Your point being?"
"I went to school with theire parents. The dad's a good man. But if Sarah's anything like her mother she'll be hard to impress. You're gonna have to look good for this ball. You have a family name to live up to as well."
They went in the robe shop and Van got fully fitted for the ball. It was a royal blue suit with a robe that covered his left side. The material had been enchanted to give the impression it was like water.
"Wow. This looks amazing. I'll have this one dad." Van said looking at himself in the mirror quite vainly.
"You're definitely like me." Stephen sighed. "It's quite worrying to be honest."

A while later after a few butterbeers they moved over to the jewelry store.
"Now, do you know what colour Sarah's dress is?"
Van stared at his father blankly.
"'Kay that's a no. Umm.... Excuse me do you have any jewelry for women that go with any outifts?" Stephen asked the shop keeper.
"Yes. They are just in. Very rare." The shopkeeper bought out a pair of earings and a necklace set. "You see the little swirling white light inside them? It changes colour with the outfit. here hold it towards your sons school robes."
As soon as it neared Van's robes the swirling white in the centre turned to a black and red.
"Incredible. They'll do just fine."
((Isn't it cool how everyone has enough money to buy all this rare jewlery? 😛))
Renee walked back to the common room after the quiddich mach ((it is over, isn't it?)) with Ron, Harry and Hermione.
"That was a really amazing save, Harry,"Renee said ((he's a chaser, now that Vlad is seeker, right? )) and grinned at him.
He grinned back, then an unsure look flitted across his face. They all came to a halt in front of the portrait of the fat lady. Harry looked at his friends. "You can go in, I just want to ask Renee something", Harry said nervously to Ron and Hermione.
"Ok, but don't forget she's my date!", Ron joked, kissed Renee on the cheek and he and Hermione went into the common room.
Harry wringed his hands and looked very nervous, so for a second Renee really thought he wanted to ask her out. No, he's going with Erin, she remembered.
As if her thoughts were Harrys queue, he said: "Erin really likes me, right? I mean, REALLY likes me?"
"Yeh, she does...", Renee said, unsure of where this was leading.
"It's just, well, I'm...I - I wanted to ask her if she wants to go with me, but I wasn't sure if she'd want to", he said so quickly that Renee had to think about what he'd just said.
"Go with - OH!", she exclaimed, because she had thought he meant 'go to the ball'.
"Oh, Harry, I'm really sorry, but I can't answere that for you! I really don't know what she'll say! But I would ask her if I were you, because she really likes you!"
"Ok, I will", Harry said determendly. "I'll do it right after dinner!"
"Crap I've got my match. Accio Firebolt." His broom came almost instantly. " Get someone to drop that off at my dorm would ya dad?"
Van raced off towards the castle. He heard the crowds roaring.
"Damn. It's already started."
He reached the changing rooms and sped out on to the pitch slamming into one of the Slytherin chasers taking the ball.
"And a beautiful unsuspected tackle by Hanson!" Lee Jordan shouted over the stadium.
Van whizzed past the Slytherin's. I really need more practice on these brooms. He shot at a Slytherin hoop and followed the Quaffle through.

Vlad saw the snitch in the clouds it was easy because of the black clouds but it was going into the cloud... Vlad quickly zoomed in and saw the other seeker on it he quickly pushed himt to the right making him smash into the slytherin COlumn "Heh! THat was easy!" said Vlad as he looked forward and saw an umbrella coming at him. Vlad turned swiftly fastly to the right to miss it. He quickly put out his hand as a thunder hit him. He got carried out and fell of his broom but he held on to his broom and his broom was still up in the air. He put a charm that does this before the charm he quickly got back into it and saw the snitch coming down.. "You got to be kidding me!" said Vlad as he accelerated toward the snitch he put out his hand as he looked to the right and saw a bludger going his way...(Somebody hit it with a bat!)
Jules was already soaked my the rain and could hardly see any of the other Gryffindor players. She had blocked most of the quaffles that came her way. But she was getting tired, really tired. She stayed focused and kept going. "Oh crap!} Jules said, missing the 2nd quaffle in a row. She ducked almost getting hit by a buldger randomly coming her way.
Vlad quickly ducked down to miss the incoming bludger but couldnt find the Snith he saw a slytherin passing another slytherin the quaffle when he looked up. He quickly went up took the quaffle and threw it up and hit it with the end of his broom making a goal he then looked down and saw the snitch he went so fast he was like a blur. He quickly put out his hand as the umbrella that he got away from before hit his back "AHHH!!!" Shouted Vlad in pain a little but he kept his hand out...He could feel the wind coming from the snitch as the other Seeker appeared and pushed him aside. Vlad flew forward and flew above the other seeker he quickly tackled him down and then put out his hand and bam!! The snitch was in his hands!! He looked up and heard a big thunder "OH SHIT!" Shouted Vlad as he accelerated to the other side as a thunder missed him inches.
