gay marriages

theres a little debate goin on in the 'im so confused' thred...how do u guys feel about it???

personally i think why wreck other peoples lifes by banning something that would change their lives for the better when it has nothing to do with you!

and i havnt heard anything of 'lesbian marriges' being banned....or is it the same thing??? if it isnt then that just proves dat whoeva's bannin it is doin it coz they can, not coz of religion an all those crappy excuses!

Uh... I'm not going to vote. I said what I believe in "im so confused".

But I'm not voting because:
Ban them - I wouldn't go that far.
Legalize - I think they should be (I think), but something needs to be changed about marriages being performed by preachers
who cares- I care about the subject so I can't vote this one either.

What really bugs me is people that talk about how much they hate gay people and hope they die or go to hell, etc etc. Yet then they see lesbians and get all excited and see nothing wrong with it. That really pisses me off. I think 2 gay guys together is gross and 2 girls is hot, but I believe the 2 guys have just as much right to be together as the 2 girls.

EXACTLY!!!! god, seriously, IS the whoever thinkin of bannin lesbian marriges??? or is it just gays? coz its so fukin stupid an it really pisses me off how ppl r like that!
an even just ppl who go 'gays should die' coz theres nothin wrong wit em! it's like theres this black guy @ our skool an he's full T.H.G and theres this otha black guy (ok theres more than 2 but just these 2 in da story) whos in yr 12 or wateva an b/cause the 1 in yr 12 surfs, tha guy in my yr (9) hates him an his all like 'i wanna bash him!' its so stupid, coz da yr 12 is rilly nice anyways! i h8 ppl who judge ppl on their looks or wat music they like or wether theyre bi or wateva or anythin like that!

I personally think the act of being gay is wrong. But it doesn't make those people bad so I won't hold it against them because everybody does things that are wrong. I have known a couple gay people throughout my life and I have no problem with them. They are terrific people infact. Being gay does not make somebody bad. I don't believe in it, but thats my choice, and being gay is theirs so I'm fine with that.

I just don't believe a man is meant to be with another man, and a woman is meant to be with another woman. I know I said I'm not very religious because I have very strong doubts of many things said be churchies, but I still believe that we were made (designed) for the purpose of being in male/female relationships.

but.....why not?? just coz the majority of ppl r straight....its like....ok right handed is more common then bin a leftie, but no1 has any problems with that?? ppl b-in gay/lessos is like sum1 havin short hair/long hair, someone being black/white (which some stupid people have problems with) being tanned/non tanned......ppl dont CHOOSE to be gay/straight, so why do ppl have a problem wit it?? we werent MADE to b strait...i mean.....its not like we just got sum1 to go 'ok now' dont worri bout that...i got it...
