How do I put a picture/portrait under my name on posts?

Hi, welcome
Go to profile
Then Edit options
Go all the way to the bottom and you'll see ... Avatar
Go to change avatar - pick one of those or put your own one, it has to be 64 x 64
Submit Modifications and that's it

Next time go to the News/Questions forum all the way at the bottom of the main forums page.
