Loomis attacks with four bursts each time. He rolls evens and +5; you can Wisdom-out the evens, but the +5 is a solid hit- six damage and a death check, Burn. You roll +4... a pass.
You have now made it back down to the lobby area... Loomis is going to get another attack on you before you get outside and get a gun, I think.
