I compiled a list of the teams so nobody is confused

team #1: Dale, Autumn, Josh, Kai, Holly

team #2: Sonia, Laura, Courtney, Jasmine

team 1 has an extra peson, so if we could find 1 more person, it would be good 😛

I dunno if Kai is playing, but if he is then I'll be fair. Right, we need to look at some rules. Maybe everyone has an action to post. Per turn. So whoever starts, says e.g
Dale throws a pass to Autumn - okay? and then if Autumn's on next she can say
Autumn catches the pass and flies toward the hoops, shooting at the left ring. - but if the other team goes next they can say
Sonia intercepts the pass and shoots off to the goal, in a fast break, and shoots in the left ring

So the keepers can either say
---- flies to the left and saves the ball
OR
---- flies to catch the ball but just misses it and it goes in.

Obviously you have to ket some goals in. And we can work out some kind of skill system for the school league. Sound good?

Oh yeah, you can add as much description as you want. Gives some creative freedom where we have to keep to a plot in the actual game.

OOC: So does Autumn really have the quaffle? Or was that strickly an example? who knows...i'll just pretend it was real, and if it was not, you can just disregard whatever i say! 🙂

Autumn catches Dale's pass and starts speeding towards the hoops. Feeling a bit nervous she does her best to dodge the on coming players.

Seeing Josh out of the corner of her eye Autumn quickly passes him the quaffle as she continues to speed towards the hoops.

I was just demonstrating how the rules could work. They're theoretical, but I suppose that would work.
A new rule could be on shots only keepers are allowed to post whether the goal is in or not, except in special circumstances.

Also players can say they move around on the field whenever they want.

But if noone has a problem with Autumn having the ball, then play on!
I would like some kind of approval of these rules from the other players and bosses, and from Phoe to get permission to make a Quiditch thread, maybe in the off-topic forum.

Laura was cricling her posts, waiting for the ball to come down her way. she was eager to put her keeper skills to practice. she had learned a couple new things this summer, and wanted to try them out.

~souds cool, but until we have skill lvls or something I think there should be a GM that can roll dice or something to say if it works (like Ush does.) And yeah I'm not playing~

Okay, if noone minds, I'll do that... On a 1, 2, 3 or 4 whatever is attemtped is sucessful - shot or interception, whatever. Passes are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - cos passes are easy 🙂
